Candace Cameron Bure has posted a photo of herself with former "Full House" castmates Bob Saget and John Stamos. The trio's reunion happened on Wednesday (Sept. 25) at the Starlight Awards held at Los Angeles' Skirball Cultural Center.

Although off the air since ending its 8-season run in 1995, "Full House" remains one of the best-remembered sitcoms of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Cast members have reunited in small groups in the years since then, but Wednesday's meeting was one of the most notable.

Bure, who starred on the long-running comedy as eldest daughter DJ Tanner, posted an AP photo of the three actors on her own Twitter account. "Love this pic" was the caption along with it.

For those of you who may have forgotten, Saget played "Full House" patriarch Danny Tanner, while Stamos was the fun-loving and cool Uncle Jesse.

Prior to the event, the actors talked "Full House" with US Weekly while walking the red carpet. "There was actually a lot of love, that's why the show's a hit," said Saget. "This was a kid show and a family show so we all genuinely have affection, a love for each other ... It is a part of culture and it's not going away. Little kids are watching it now like it just started, so it's really quite funny. The biggest compliment I get, me especially because I'm the oldest, is, 'You look the same!' I'm like, 'No I don't, dude, I'm all older and puffy,' but they're like, 'No, no.'"

Stamos also noted that he still gets recognized from the show. "I've done so much work since then, but it just doesn't ever go away. I never tried to run from it, but I've really embraced it the last 10 years."
