Before they were mother and daughter in "Carrie," Julianne Moore and Chloe Grace Moretz were two very different women in the life of "30 Rock's" Jack Donaghy ( Alec Baldwin). They both appeared on multiple episodes of the show including each of them reprising their roles in the show's final season.

Moore played Jack's high school crush from back in Boston, Nancy Donovan. At one point the two of them date, but it doesn't work out because Jack was also seeing another woman, who happened to be pregnant. She returns at the end of Season 7 and has a ménage à trois with Jack and yet another of his ex-girlfriends, because that's just how things work for Donaghy.

Moretz role was that of Kaylie Hooper, the young granddaughter of Kabletown boss Hank Hooper. Jack and Kaylie were often at odds with each other over who would become CEO of Kabletown. The two tried to ruin each other on various occasions, until Kaylie made her last appearance in the Season 7 episode "Game Over," in which Jack finally gets the last laugh and the Kabletown CEO gig.
