Casey Anthony jurors: Names released, but no one's talking

casey-anthony-july-2011-gi.jpgThe jurors in the controversial Casey Anthony murder trial have been shrouded in secrecy until Oct. 26, when the names of the 12 jurors and 5 alternates were finally released to the media. Of course, information about the jurors' verdict is highly sought-after, but if you're hoping for details on what went on behind those closed doors... don't hold your breath.

As is to be expected, reporters went a-knocking on every juror's door, asking questions about the route that the jurors took to come to the conclusion that Anthony was guilty of lying to the police but not of murdering her daughter Caylee.

But no one was talking.

Tampa Bay Online reports that one defense attorney isn't surprised by this. "Because of the hostile reaction by some people to the verdict, they may not want to inflame some of those people by commenting," says John Fitzgibbons. "All of the jurors knew this day would be coming. It wasn't like it was a surprise. They have had plenty of time to contemplate what they are going to do and make a decision. This was not a hasty decision."

The question remains as to how long the jurors will wait until they speak... or for what price.
