The Miami Dolphins cut the NFL wide receiver today (Aug. 12) in response to his Aug. 11 arrest for allegedly assaulting his wife, Evelyn Lozada.

Johnson, who was known as Chad Ochocinco before recently changing back to his given name, was released from jail earlier Sunday on $2,500 bond. He was charged with misdemeanor simple domestic battery.

According to the arrest affidavit, Lozada, who stars on "Basketball Wives," told police the argument began when she found a Walgreens receipt with a charge for a box of condoms. They argued, Lozada said, and Johnson became so upset that he headbutted her, screaming, "I don't give a f***! I don't give a f*** about my career!"

As of today, he doesn't have much of a career left.
