Charlie Sheen to agree to 30 days in jail as part of plea agreement

charlie-sheen-getty.jpg Charlie Sheen is finally looking to close the book on the felony menacing, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges that stemmed from his Christmas Day altercation with wife Brooke Mueller in Aspen, CO.

According to People, a source close to the situation says, "Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 [to] plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail. With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days."
