Cheyenne Jackson and husband Monte Lapka divorce after two years of marriage
Us Weekly reports that the pair have been "living separate lives" for some time, according to a source. "I haven't heard one particular reason for the separation, but Cheyenne seems to have been changing a lot this past year," the source adds. "His new tattoos ... really show how he's trying to transform himself. I have no idea why he's doing it, but I've ben watching it happen, really fast, this past year."
Jackson's rep confirmed the split with the publication, saying, "Cheyenne Jackson and his husband Monte Lapka have mutually decided to divorce. The couple have been together for 13 years and were married in NY State two years ago. It is an amicable parting and, understandably, a private matter."
The Broadway hunk and Lapka, a physicist, tied the knot in Sept. 2011 during a Hamptons beach ceremony after 11 years of dating. They share a dog, Zora, together.
