'Chuck' at Comic-Con: Morgan vs. the Intersect, plus Mark Hamill set to guest-star

chuck-comic-con-morgan.jpgThe final panel ever for "Chuck" at Comic-Con certainly didn't skimp on the goodies for fans.

The show is entering its last season on NBC, so Saturday (July 23) was likely the last chance for the cast to take in the admiration of its most devoted fans. They didn't disappoint, giving the cast and co-creator Chris Fedak a standing ovation at the end.

"Chuck's" fans were in turn rewarded with a big piece of news -- Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, is guest-starring in the season premiere -- and the video below, featuring Josh Gomez (and Jeffster!) attempting to get himself in shape for Morgan having the Intersect at the start of Season 5.

As for Hamill, Fedak says he'll play a villain in the season premiere, which starts filming next week. The new season will feature Chuck and Sarah ( Zachary Levi and Yvonne Strahovski) running their own, Volkoff-funded private spy outfit, which will bring them into conflict with both the CIA, some past foes and, apparently, Hamill's character.

And, of course, they'll have to deal with Morgan having the Intersect. We hope it's going better than the video below -- which also features fine comic work from Ryan McPartlin -- would indicate. "Chuck" premieres Oct. 21 on NBC.
