'Chuck': Linda Hamilton cast as Chuck and Ellie's mom -- come with her if you want to live

linda-hamilton-getty-chuck.jpg "Chuck" is keeping the excellent-parents-casting streak alive with the addition of Linda Hamilton (the "Terminator" movies) as Chuck and Ellie Bartowsky's mother.

She will make her first appearance in the season premiere and the mystery surrounding her character will be one of the main Season 4 storylines.

Hamilton joins an already-amazing group of "Chuck" parents. Scott Bakula ("Quantum Leap," "Star Trek: Enterprise") is the Bartowsky's father and Captain Awesome's parents are the (naturally) awesome Bruce Boxleitner ("Tron," "Babylon 5") and Morgan Fairchild ("Falcon Crest").

"Chuck" has also recently announced guest-starring turns by Olivia Munn and Dolph Lundgren in the season premiere, plus the return of Sarah's high school nemesis Heather Chandler in the form of Nicole Richie.

There is also word from Comic-Con that Jeffster will tackle Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance" and that Isaiah Mustafa (a.k.a. the Old Spice Guy) will make an appearance as well.

What do you think, "Chuck" fans? Will you "be back" for Sarah Connor? "Chuck" premieres Monday, Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
