Chuck Norris selling 'Walker, Texas Ranger' home for $1.2 million
Chuck Norris may always be defined by his role in "Walker, Texas Ranger," but he's at least parting ways with the show's house. Norris has put the Dallas-area home up for sale for $1.2 million.
The Mediterranean ranch-style home also served as Walker's estate in the CBS series, which ran from 1993 to 2001. Inside the house are four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a home theater and a weight room featuring memorabilia from "Walker, Texas Ranger," as well as a separate building that was used as a studio for the show.
The 7,362-square-foot home was listed on July 19. It is co-owned by Norris and his brother Aaron Norris. Norris' real estate agent tells the Associated Press that the actor and his wife want to downsize because they already have other homes in the area. Several interested buyers have already toured the home.
