claire-holt-aquarius-nbc-series-regular.jpgNBC's Charles Manson drama "Aquarius" has pulled another star from the CW talent pool: "The Originals" star Claire Holt has signed on as a series regular in the 1960s-set historical thriller.

According to E! Online, Holt will play Office Chairman Tully, a female police officer fighting to be taken seriously in her male-dominated workplace.

"Aquarius" also stars David Duchovny, Gaius Charles, Gethin Anthony and "Star-Crossed" human Grey Damon. The show follows Duchovny as an undercover cop tracking the infamous Manson Family in 1967 Los Angeles.

Holt will still make time for her CW home, however -- she has already filmed an appearance in at least one of the first three episodes of "The Originals" Season 2, and the door is open for her to return for as many more as she can manage with her busy schedule.
