'Clarissa Explains It All,' 'Pete & Pete' and more to air on TeenNick

clarissa-explains-it-all.jpgIf you were a kid in the '90s, chances are you grew up on Nickelodeon shows like "Clarissa Explains it All," "The Adventures of Pete & Pete," and "Rugrats." We've got good news for all of you nostalgia buffs: Teen Nick intends to rerun the shows as part of a late-night retro block.

(If that sentence just made you feel ancient... we're right there with you.)

A two-hour block of programming called "The '90s Are All That" will begin airing this fall every night at midnight. We're too old to stay up that late now, but luckily, we've got something we didn't have in the '90s: a DVR.

Shows that will be included are "All That," the SNL-style variety hour, "Kenan and Kel," which featured a young Kenan Thompson of "SNL" fame, "The Amanda Bynes Show," featuring our favorite tweeter, "Rugrats," "Clarissa Explains it All," "Pete & Pete," and more.

"At the time, we were completely devoted to that audience ages 9, 10, and 11. It was ground-breaking and for the young viewers, a powerful and pivotal time in their lives," says Keith Dawkins, Senior VP of TeenNIck (formerly The N). "Those kids who are now 22, 23 and 24 want to bring that back."

Heck yeah, we do.
