CMA Awards 2010: Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley call out Gwyneth and Gaga

cma-paisley-underwood-monologue.jpgCountry favorites Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley hosted the Country Music Association Awards for their third year in a row on Nov. 10, and as always, they had a grand old time. After their rocking opening number, the duo decided to sing a little song about the events of 2010.

"Nashville had a flood and we barely made the news," they sang. "When up through the gulf came a-bubbling crude... oil, that is."

They also boasted about how non-Hollywood Nashville is... until they laid eyes on leading lady Gwyneth Paltrow in the audience. "Gwyneth, I've always wanted to ask you something," Paisley said solemnly. "Can you get me two Coldplay tickets?"
