If a comic is going to get meta, the San Diego Comic-Con is the place to do it. That is exactly what happens in DC Comics' upcoming title, "Harley Quinn Invades Comic-Con International: San Diego." In it, the notorious villain finds none other than "Arrow" star Stephen Amell at the convention.

The set-up is simple: Harley has created her own comic book and wants to get it sold. Meeting with Amell (who is, of course, a real person and not a comic-book character) is simply an Easter egg thrown in along with "long lines, crazy crowds and the dread con crud," as the official website puts it.

Written by Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Connor, the book will go on sale Wednesday, July 16.
