conan-obrien-sharktopus-vs-pteracuda.jpgHere's a bold statement for you, Internet: There was no more satisfying and hilarious moment on television this weekend than the moment when a sharktopus pierced through the back of Conan O'Brien's body, chomped his head off, spit it out and a group of volleyball players hit it over a net in Syfy's "Sharktopus vs. Pteracuda."

There's a lot of carnage involved when two genetically engineered military weapons are let loose on an unsuspecting public, and O'Brien's acting debut as a d-bag version of himself was one of the most epic deaths of them all. (Or maybe it wasn't acting at all. Who knows about these showbiz types.)

Of course, it wasn't the coolest moment of the movie -- that goes to the fight between the shark/octopus and the pterodactyl/barracuda -- but it was the best and most hilarious one, and is conveniently provided for you below.
