After less than four years of marriage, Eva LaRue is splitting from her husband.

The former "CSI: Miami" star is getting a divorce, E! News reports.

LaRue's husband, businessman Joseph Cappuccio, has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. According to the court documents, Cappuccio has asked the court not to award LaRue child support.

LaRue and Cappuccio don't have any children together, but LaRue does have a 12-year-old daughter, Kaya, with her second husband, John Callahan.

Cappuccio is LaRue's third marriage. She was first married to "Seinfeld's" John O'Hurley but they divorced in 1994 after two years. She then married Callahan in 1996 before getting a divorce in 2005.

LaRue married Cappuccio on June 28, 2010, and he signed the divorce papers on Dec. 31 (but due to New Years, the petition wasn't filed until Jan. 3).

"Emotional time 4 Me and Kaya-Really tough extenuating circumstances-Adult children w/addiction can tear a marriage apart," LaRue tweeted on Thursday (Jan. 23). "Thnk u 4 ur supprt."
