Things may be a little weird on the upcoming season of "Dancing with the Stars": According to reports, Andy Dick has signed on as a Season 16 competitor in the ballroom-dancing series.

Dick, a comedian known for raunchy humor, arrests, drug abuse and "Newsradio," has signed a contract to dance on the show. TMZ.com was the first to report the news.

Sources say that Dick visited the "DWTS" production offices on Monday (Feb. 25), along with reality star Lisa Vanderpump ("The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," "Vanderpump Rules") and comedian D.L. Hughley. While the casting will not be confirmed until the official Season 16 announcement during Tuesday's (Feb. 26) "Good Morning America," this is definitely a sign that we can expect such figures on the show.

Unlike many celebrities signed to "Dancing with the Stars," Andy Dick may be a bit of a gamble for the reality show. His last major appearance was, after all, on "Celebrity Rehab." If the goal of that show was not met, there could be some problems on the upcoming "DWTS" season. Dick also has a reputation for being a little bit nuts when stone-cold sober as well. So no matter what, this might be an interesting season.

Other names reported as set for "DWTS" Season 16 include NFL player Jacoby Jones (the only name confirmed by ABC), singers Wynonna Judd and Kellie Pickler, "Bachelor" Sean Lowe, gymnast Aly Raisman and boxer Victor Ortiz.
