'Dancing With the Stars': Evan Lysacek to compete through the pain of broken toes

evan-lysacek-broken-toes.jpgBeing an Olympic athlete, Evan Lysacek most likely knows a thing or two about competing through the pain of an injury.

And that's just what Lysacek's going to do on Monday (April 5) when he does the Quickstep on two broken toes on his left foot.

The Olympian tweeted out his injury on Friday:

I have two broken toes. Ouch!!

and then...

Broken Toes update: feeling better with some pain killers and taping. I trained all day yesterday and today. Felt better in my skate actually.

According to TMZ, Lysacek says a couple of busted toes won't keep him off the dance floor.

The gold medalist and his pro partner Anna Trebunskaya are currently in second place with 47 points, right behind Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough, who lead with 53 points.
