UPDATE 9:35 p.m. May 13: "Dancing With the Stars" production has released the following statement about Johnson's injury:

"Kym Johnson was admitted to the hospital today immediately after falling and injuring her neck during practice. After several tests, she was cleared by the medical staff, though she is bruised, sore and currently wearing a neck brace. Kym plans to continue with Hines Ward in the competition and resume rehearsals as soon as possible."

We sure hope this won't affect her ability to perform on Monday's semifinals.

"Dancing With the Stars" pro Kym Johnson took a spill during May 13 rehearsals, and TMZ reports it was followed by a trip to the hospital.

The Aussie's reps say, the visit to the doctor was just to take "precautionary measures to assure she is OK."

Johnson and partner Hines Ward have dominated much of Season 12, easily making them one of the judges' favorite couples. They're currently set to perform two dances during the May 16, against fellow semifinalists Chelsea Kane, Ralph Macchio and Kirstie Alley.

We'll feel better once Kym breaks her silence on Twitter.
