Who isn't moved by Amy Purdy's inspiring story, and who doesn't feel invigorated by Candace Cameron Bure's never-ending enthusiasm? However, if one was to put money on this race, your cash is best spent on Meryl and Maks. This dynamic duo will no doubt take home the Mirror Ball Trophy tonight.

Here are the top five reasons why:

1. Maks deserves a win

Season 18 is the hot-tempered Russian's 14th on the hit ABC show and he has yet to take home the coveted winning trophy. Bottom line: Maks is an amazing teacher and right on point with winning pros Derek Hough and Mark Ballas. He deserves to be recognized for his talents on the show.

2. Highest scorers in "DWTS" history

Meryl and Maks been at the top of the leader board for seven out of 10 weeks. If they score perfectly on the last night (May 20), they will officially have the highest average score ever on "DWTS."

3. Their chemistry is out of this world

Somehow the sweet, sincere Davis has gotten Maks to open up in a whole new way. It has been such a pleasure to watch Maks and Meryl grow with each other and showcase every emotion, whether it be sexy or sweet.

4. The judges love them

Week after week, each judge is blown away by the duo's incredible routines. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba said it best, while fighting tears: "This is what true dance is about. Dance is about the soulful expression of your true self. It has honesty, it has integrity, it has substance. What you did there was the most stunning example of divinity in motion."

5. They are magic
