dating-naked-jessie-nizewitz-lawsuit-vagina.jpg "Dating Naked" has a lawsuit on its hands for showing nudity on TV, which sounds a little absurd, but it's not quite as simple as that.

Model Jessie Nizewitz is suing the VH1 reality show because a unblurred shot of her vagina made it to air, despite the fact that producers assured her that breasts and genitals would be fully blurred out.

But it's not just some ho-hum "wardrobe malfunction"-type slip up. Photos of the vagina-baring shot are out there for you to find if you're so inclined. We found one and we will warn you -- it is graphic.

Nizewitz tells the New York Post she was "horrified" when the show aired and that she feels "lied to, manipulated and used."

In a statement to Entertainment Weekly, Nizewitz adds, "Although I went on this show knowing that I would be nude while taping it, I was told that my private parts would be blurred for TV. If you watch an episode, you will see that the blur actually makes it less revealing than a bikini would. Obviously, I did not expect the world to see my private parts, this is not what I anticipated or what any other contestants on the show anticipated."

Nizewitz is suing Viacom and two production companies for the ridicule she claims she was subjected to online once the episode aired, alleging "emotional distress, mental anguish, humiliation and embarrassment." She is seeking $10 million in damages.

She also tells the Post that the man she met on the show, whom Nizewitz had been dating for a month, hasn't called since the show aired.

"Dating Naked" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on VH1.
