'Degrassi' star Stacey Farber to recur on The CW's 'Cult'
Another of our favorite "Degrassi: The Next Generation" stars is returning to The CW. Stacey Farber, who played Ellie on "Degrassi," will appear on the highly anticipated mid-season drama, "Cult." Die-hard CW fans might remember Farber's show "18 to Life," which aired briefly in the summer of 2010.
Farber's character, E.J., works with investigative journalist Jeff ( Matt Davis) at The Word. She's very tech-savvy, so she proves very helpful as he searches for his brother, Nate, who disappeared after getting way too involved in the underground fandom of a CW show called "Cult."
It'll make more sense once the show premieres, we promise!
Warner Bros has confirmed that the role is recurring, and "Degrassi" fans will be pleased to learn that she'll be tapping into some of Ellie's style secrets, at least from her early troubled-teen years. Rumor has it, E.J. is punked-out and tattooed. We can't wait!
And now, to relive all of our Ellie/Craig emotions...
