Demi Lovato to host 2012 Teen Choice Awards on FOX

demi-lovato-getty-teen-choice.jpgNew "X Factor" judge Demi Lovato has been announced by FOX as the host for the 14th annual Teen Choice Awards, airing live from Hollywood on Sunday, July 22 on FOX. The network also announced that "So You Think You Can Dance" host Cat Deeley will appear at the awards as well.

They are added to a star-studded lineup that includes Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Miley Cyrus, Zooey Deschanel, Ellen DeGeneres, Jason Derulo, Zac Efron, Selena Gomez, Lucy Hale, Josh Hutcherson, Victoria Justice, Laura and Vanessa Marano, Bridgit Mendler, Lea Michele, Shay Mitchell, Tyler Posey, Gordon Ramsay, Dax Shepard, Sophia Grace and Rosie, Jordin Sparks and Taylor Swift. The live performances will range from Justin Bieber to No Doubt to Flo Rida.

Lovato, along with Britney Spears, was recently named as a replacement judge on FOX's "The X Factor," when Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul were not re-upped for a second season.
