Dennis Quaid's wife files for divorce
Kimberly's petition states, "The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities ... that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."
She's asking for spousal support and that all of their assets be evenly divided, but interestingly, in Dennis' response to the divorce petition, he asks that she gets nothing.
The couple married in 2004 and had twins in 2007, who almost died following their birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center due to a medical staff member giving the babies an overdose of Heparin. Dennis and Kimberly have a temporary custody order for the children, stating they'll share time with the 4-year-olds. Apparently, they'll also share custody of the Range Rover, since as the order states, "The parties shall cooperate with one another in using the Range Rover."
Dennis was previously married to actress Meg Ryan, whom he divorced in 2001, and actress P.J. Soles -- the couple divorced in 1983.
