National Geographic Channel has picked up a second season of its series "Diggers," the channel tells Zap2it exclusively. The new season will premiere with back-to-back episodes at 10 p.m. ET Feb. 25.

The new season will find explorers Tim "Ringy" Saylor and George "KG" Wyant uncovering the original Apple Lisa mouse, buried in a time capsule in Aspen, Colo.; paying a visit to the former home of an Al Capone soldier; and uncovering Revolutionary War artifacts in Rhode Island.

As always, Saylor and Wyant work with historians and archaeologists at each site to make sure artifacts are preserved, and they leave their finds in the communities where they unearth them.

Are you excited to have "Diggers" back?
