Finally, the Doctor has taken the challenge. Former "Doctor Who" star Matt Smith is one of the latest celebrities to accept the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge and it's a pretty epic entry. The video was uploaded by the production company behind his next movie, "Terminator: Genesys."

Before getting drenched though, Smith names his nominations to be next in line. Actors James Cartwright and Lily James were challenged, as was Smith's former "Doctor Who" companion Karen Gillan. That's right, the Doctor has challenged Amy Pond.

The "Selfie" star has accepted the gauntlet thrown down by Smith, but hasn't posted the video just yet. When it comes, it's sure disrupt all of space and time.

The challenge started with ALS patient Peter Frates took a video of himself dumping a bucket of ice over his head, nominating his friends to do the same or donate money to the ALS Association. Since the challenge went viral, over $20 million has been raised. If you want to see some of the best celebrity videos, you can check out Zap2it's roundup.
