'Downton Abbey' Season 4: Dan Stevens waiting for U.S. premiere
But that doesn't mean Stevens has turned his back on "Downton." In actuality, he tells The Hollywood Reporter that he's looking forward to watching what happens in Season 4 alongside the U.S. audience.
"I have absolutely no idea what becomes of Mary because I want to watch it with the American audience," says the actor, who recently moved to the U.S. to work on a couple different films. "It will be fun. After all, I live in Brooklyn now."
We wonder which of Lady Mary's new suitors Stevens would find the appropriate man for his former on-screen wife -- surely he doesn't want Mary to grow into an old spinster.
Stevens can next be seen alongside Liam Neeson in "A Walk Among the Tombstones" and making his Sundance Film Festival debut in "The Guest." He then appears as Sir Lancelot in the Christmas 2014 movie "Night at the Museum 3."
