NBC is reviving "Dracula" in a brand new drama series premiering this fall, and a gory, racy new trailer gives curious vampire fans an idea of what to expect. The two and a half minute preview is conceived as a "music video" set to Depeche Mode's "Soothe My´╗┐ Soul."

Jonathan Rhys Meyers ("The Tudors") stars as the legendary bloodsucker who poses as an American entrepreneur in Victorian England and seeks revenge on the poor souls who doomed him to immortal hell. Of course there's a strong romantic undercurrent to the story as well, as Dracula becomes fixated on Mina Murray ( Jessica De Gouw of "Arrow") who has an uncanny resemblance with his dead wife.

Victoria Smurfit ("About a Boy"), Thomas Kretschmann ("King Kong"), Oliver Jackson-Cohen ("Mr. Selfridge"), Nonso Anozie ("Game of Thrones") and Katie McGrath ("Merlin") also star.

"Dracula" is set for a 10 episode season premiering Friday, Oct. 25 at 10 p.m. ET following "Grimm."
