Musician Ed Sheeran stopped by "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Thursday (Aug. 29), where he took part in a fun sketch where the premise is that "JKL" is putting on a live production of "Annie," a la NBC's "Sound of Music" and "Peter Pan." And guess who's playing the titular red-headed orphan? Sheeran, of course.

"Annie is furrier than Sandy, it turns out," Kimmel quips.

Below, you can watch Sheeran's interview segments. In the first one, he talks about working for Elton John's record company, but the second one is the best. Sheeran talks about having stayed at various celebrities' houses, like Courteney Cox and Jamie Foxx.

Apparently, Sheeran doesn't have a car and that's how he ends up randomly staying with people. He takes a taxi out to their houses and then stays the night.
