Eddie Kaye Thomas will 'Make It in America'
Former "'Til Death" star Eddie Kaye Thomas is joining the cast of HBO's comedy "How to Make It in America" full time after guest-starring in the show's pilot.
The "American Pie" star will play a hedge-fund trader in the show, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "How to Make It," which comes from the "Entourage" producing team of Mark Wahlberg and Stephen Levinson centers on a pair of would-be entrepreneurs (Bryan Greenberg and Victor Rasuk) in New York. It's scheduled to premiere later this year.
Thomas' character is a high-school classmate of Greenberg's whose Wall Street wizardry has made him rich, but he still longs to be cool.
Thomas starred on FOX's "'Til Death" for the show's first two seasons, but his and Kat Foster's characters were written out this season. His credits also include voice work on "American Dad," the "Harold & Kumar" movies and The WB comedy "Off Centre."
