Edie Falco in 'New York Undercover': Would you give this woman an Emmy?

Edie Falco has always played hard characters but not always for the best shows. Before her "Nurse Jackie" and "The Sopranos" days, she played an arc on "New York Undercover" as Sgt. Kelly.

A snippet from one of her episodes, "Internal Affairs," is available for viewing below (she comes in at around the 3:55 mark). So we're asking, if she had to be judged based on this performance, would you give Falco an Emmy?
