Ellen Page receives death threats on Twitter from crazed fan

ellen-page-stalker-pics-twitter-gi.jpg "Juno" actress Ellen Page claims that she's gotten multiple death threats via Twitter and is asking Los Angeles police for help, reports TMZ.

The LAPD has sent a search warrant to Twitter asking for information about the two accounts reportedly associated with the individual who sent the threatening tweets in June.

"I'm going to murder Ellen Page. She's dead," reads one.

Another says, "Ellen Page if you continue to date Alexander [Skarsgard] I will K-1-L-L you in public in the next year ... Be it in a club, at a game, in a restaurant, or when you're signing autographs."

According to police, the threats coincided with a telephone call received by the organizers of the LA Film Festival, where Page's "To Rome with Love" premiered in June, in which the caller promised to "kill Page."

No comment yet from Page's reps.
