Emilia Clarke's 'Terminator' film got a really silly title

terminator-genisys-arnold-schwarzenegger-instagram.jpg "Game of Thrones" fans should be proud of Khaleesi Emilia Clarke for making her big break on the big screen in the upcoming "Terminator" film, but disappointed in the title the movie ended up receiving. According to a new Instagram post from Arnold Schwarzenegger, the movie is called "Terminator Genisys."

It seems pretty obvious that the second word isn't a typo, but likely a reference to a corporation within the movie. Chances are it all ties back to Cyberdyne Systems and Skynet, but who knows. Regardless, while "Genisys" might make sense within the context of the movie, it doesn't work as well as the title of what's supposed to be a return to grace for the "Terminator" franchise.

Previously the new "Terminator" movie had been referred to as "Terminator Genesis," which is a bit more palatable. But since Schwarzenegger already has a set chair with "Genisys" emblazoned on it, chances are the name won't be switched back to its more subdued version any time soon.

"Terminator Genesis Genisys" is being directed by "Game of Thrones" and "Thor: The Dark World" helmer Alan Taylor, and also stars Jai Courtney, Matt Smith and Jason Clarke. It will hit theaters on July 1, 2015.
