lead-actress-comedy-primetime-emmys-2014.jpgThe 2014 Primetime Emmy Awards field for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series is almost entirely full of repeat nominees. Save for Taylor Schilling, who is a first-time nominee for her work on "Orange Is the New Black," the other five nominees have a combined 23 nominations in this category between them.

"Mike & Molly's" Melissa McCarthy is back in the field after a year off with her third nomination, and and Lena Dunham has received her third straight nomination for "Girls."

The true vets of the category are "Nurse Jackie's" Edie Falco and "Parks and Recreation's" Amy Poehler with five nominations apiece, and the old-hat in Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who has a total of eight nominations in this category, three for "Veep" and five for "The New Adventures of Old Christine" (her "Seinfeld" nominations and wins were for supporting actress).

So, who is going to take home the award this year? Will Louis-Dreyfus three-peat? She's won the past two years for "Veep." Will Falco get back to the podium for the first time since 2010 or McCarthy for the first time since 2011? Or will a new lady emerge victorious this year? Vote below in our poll!
