During an appearance on "The Dr. Oz Show" Friday (April 26), Eva Longoria revealed she had a tough time following her divorce from professional basketball player Tony Parker. Though the actress says she was paid many compliments on how she looked, she says it was "because I was so skinny. I was not eating."

In a talk with Dr. Oz, the "Desperate Housewives" alum opened up about the aftermath of her divorce, saying, "I was depressed. I was sad. My diet was coffee." While people kept telling her how great she seemed, she just didn't feel that way. "I didn't know I was depressed," she says, "I mean, I knew it was a sad moment in my life, but I wouldn't categorize myself as depressed."

Finally, Longoria made a visit to the doctor to find out what was wrong with her. "I was just depleted of every vitamin," she says. After getting her vitamin levels back on track, Eva is feeling much better. She is also sticking to a better diet, explaining, "For about three months, I did a really strict no sugar diet, and I had more energy than I've ever had. My palate was different. Things tasted better."

Longoria has been rumored to be dating Ernesto Arguello, a bachelor on "Ready for Love," the matchmaking show she produces. Eva has denied the pair are dating.
