Fiona Apple apologizes for being 'attitude-y,' then gets weird

fiona-apple-july-2012-gi.jpg Fiona Apple is still kicking it in the great state of Texas, but for the time being she is a free woman. Following her arrest earlier in the week in Sierra Blanca, TX for hashish possession, Apple moved on to give a concert in Houston this weekend.

Addressing her audience, she told her fans, "The guy who runs the jail [is] a good guy, and I want to apologize to him for being attitude-y and saying that I didn't trust him, because I didn't, but by the end of the day, I did."

A good start but from there her remarks got a bit cryptic. While she credited most of the people at the jail for being nice to her, she says that there were four individuals who were not.

"There are four of you out there, and I want you to know that I heard everything you did. I wrote it all down with your names and everything you did and said stupidly thinking that I couldn't hear or see you."

Apple didn't give any details, but said that she destroyed her notes after she had "encoded" it but would be happy to make the mysterious four "famous."

Next week, Apple moves on to perform in New Orleans and Charlotte, NC.
