Fred Durst developing CW drama based on his life

The drama, called "The Noise," will follow the rise of a musician in the 1990s as he leaves a bad home situation and forms a band that becomes immensely popular. Durst will act as co-executive producer on the script with Miles Feld writing. Eric and Kim Tannenbaum, the producing team behind "Two and a Half Men," are executive producers.

This will be the second stab at a show about Durst's life, as back in 2011, the Tannenbaums and CBS developed the sitcom "Douchebag," about a rock star trying to balance his work life with a family.
