'Friday Night Lights' winner Kyle Chandler shares extra Emmy thanks backstage
As you may or may not have picked up on after hearing the chorus of jubilant screams across the contiguous United States of America on Sunday (Sept. 18) night, Kyle Chandler winning an Emmy for his work on "Friday Night Lights" is sort of a big deal.
He seemed just as surprised as anybody else, which was why he wasn't particularly prepared when he took the stage at Los Angeles' Nokia Theatre to accept the honor.
Fortunately for everyone, Chandler got a chance to share some extra thanks when he went backstage, making a special note of acknowledging his two wives -- the real one ( Kathryn Chandler) and the TV one ( Connie Britton).
We're ready to milk this win for as long as humanly possible.
