fringe-peter-past-present-f.jpgWith a show as complex as "Fringe," fans can get lost if they miss just one episode. The entire universe of the show can literally change within the span of an hour, so you don't want to miss a moment. Fox president Kevin Reilly even noted that the network doesn't expect "Fringe's" audience to grow, because it's difficult to jump into this kind of story in the middle.

That said, if you did skip an episode here or there and want to get back in the action, we've got a solution. Fox is launching a twelve-part web video series, narrated by series star John Noble, which gives fans the closest thing to a recap of the series you can get.

Even if you are a die-hard fan of the series and you could recite all three seasons from memory, we'd still recommend quelling the last of those hiatus blues by tuning in for a reminder of all of your favorite moments (like the good old days when Peter... you know... existed).

Not to mention, you don't want to miss gems like: "Bishop and Bell were once the Lennon and McCartney of science, lab partners intent on pushing the boundaries and blurring the perceptions of reality."

Watch the first installment below, and tune in to Fox's YouTube channel for the rest, which will be released throughout the week leading up to "Fringe's" Season 4 premiere on Friday, Sept. 23 at 9 p.m.
