Gabrielle Union wants a prenup with Dwyane Wade: 'I gotta protect my stuff'

Gabrielle Union will be heading down the aisle for the second time, with NBA player Dwyane Wade, and this time she wants to make sure everyone's finances stay straight.

The "Being Mary Jane" star appeared on "The Arsenio Hall Show" with a very big engagement ring and shared her plan. "The biggest different between this and the last marriage," Union says, "will be a prenup ... at my insistence. When you have your own stuff, you don't need to worry about anyone else's stuff. So everyone should go into the relationship knowing 'I'm here for you and you're here for me. And the reality is I've never seen Dwayne balance a checkbook. So I gotta protect my stuff."

Union was previously married to retired NFL player Chris Howard and also told Arsenio about some other milestones in her relationship history. Union and Wade have been together since 2009 and got engaged just before Christmas.
