Beer will be coming along with winter for the Season 3 premiere of "Game of Thrones." Brewery Ommegang has announced that it's teamed with HBO to release a new line of Westeros-inspired brews to tie in with the upcoming March 31 premiere of the fantasy TV show.

First up? Iron Throne, a blonde ale "crafted to directly tie into themes and nuances of the medieval-like fantasy realm of Westeros and the surrounding kingdoms." Hopefully that doesn't mean that drinking it will herald in betrayal, incest and eventually cannibalism at every corner, but rather means the beer will act as the perfect accompaniment to a "Game of Thrones"-inspired feast.

Iron Throne will become available in March and will be available nationally on draft and in corked 750 ml bottles. The suggested retail price is reportedly $8.50. Even more exciting: Brewery Ommegang is planning to release more brews tied into the world of Westeros in the future.
