"Game of Thrones"
fans aren't the only ones who are dying for Sean Bean to return in the hit HBO show. After the man formerly known as Eddard Stark admitted that he'd like to head back to "Game of Thrones" to
resolve some major mysteries
asked his onscreen son Isaac Hempstead-Wright what he thinks of the idea.
"I want Bran to be in that vision, is what I want," Hempstead-Wright admits while promoting his new movie "The Boxtrolls" at San Diego Comic-Con 2014.
If Bean was to return, it likely would be in a magic-induced vision Hempstead-Wright's Bran Stark has in a future season. The 15-year-old teases to Zap2it, "I think [a Ned flashback] would be nice, and certainly because Bran's going to have a lot more visions and magical stuff this season. Absolutely, I'm sure that's a possibility."
Hempstead-Wright hasn't read "A Dance With Dragons," the George R.R. Martin novel that "Game of Thrones" Season 5 is based on, but he has "Wikipedia-ed it." The cast has already received a couple scripts for the new season, which started filming last week, and Hempstead-Wright says he's excited about what's coming up.
"There isn't any more of the book stuff for Bran, so it will be interesting to see where they take it," he says.
"Game of Thrones" Season 5 is slated to premiere in spring 2015, while "The Boxtrolls" hits theaters on Sept. 26, 2014.
