Peter Dinklage is the latest actor lending his voice to PETA. The "Game of Thrones" star and longtime vegetarian is featured in the above hard-to-watch video, which asks fans to "face their food." He asks people to make the "kind choice" and stop buying meat, eggs and dairy products.

During a recent Reddit AMA, Dinklage opened up about his own experiences as a vegetarian. "I'm one of those vegetarians that doesn't go to vegetarian restaurants," he  writes. "I guess you could say I'm a bad vegetarian. Some of those soy products, in abundance, cannot be healthy for you. In moderation, fine. But if you read what you believe about soy then you have to question it."

He continues, "I like chopped salad? If you go to a really good restaurant, the chopped salad is really good. But yeah, for the most part I'm a pretty bad veg. I used to eat the fake meats and all that but I've stopped doing that." Dinklage also elaborates that he became a vegetarian for his love of animals and "for a girl. Of course." He says he stays with it because of "my great respect for animals."

"Game of Thrones" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
