February has been a good month to be Peter Dinklage. Not only did the "Game of Thrones" star, best known as Tyrion Lannister, narrate some of the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics opening ceremony for NBC, but he also covers Esquire's March issue.

Dinklage certainly looks dapper on the cover, which was posted by Women's Wear Daily. Esquire editor-in-chief David Granger approached Dinklage about being the magazine's cover subject in December, and then the mag's fashion director Nick Sullivan reached out to Giorgio Armani to craft a suit for the 44-year-old. That experience was a first for Dinklage.

"I don't think he's had a suit made for him for a shoot. He's had separates made for him," Granger tells WWD. "The first thing he said was, 'Forte! Strong!' Perfect description of the man."

In Esquire, Dinklage will have a seven-page feature story called "Dink" which "gives insight into Dinklage's personality and relationships with friends and family." "Game of Thrones" Season 4 premieres April 6 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO.
