"Game of Thrones" has announced that parts of the upcoming fifth season will be shot on-location in the province of Sevilla in Spain. The Iberian location will double as the southern land of Dorne in the HBO fantasy series.

Several locations within Sevilla will be used for "Game of Thrones," according to a press release from HBO. They will set the stage for a totally new location in the series, which will include characters Prince Doran Martell (the late Oberyn's brother), Doran's son Trystane, the Sand Snakes (Oberyn's illegitimate daughters) and Myrcella, Cersei's daughter and the sister of the unfortunate King Joffrey.

"Game of Thrones" is expected to return in the spring of 2015 on HBO.
