'Game of Thrones' 'The North Remembers' review: Joffrey is a monster

melisandre-stannis game of thrones.jpg"Game of Thrones" premiered on April 1 after months of hype. So, did the first episode of Season 2 measure up to our expectations? Oh my! Yes it did. There are spoilers in the video review below, so if you haven't seen it, wait to watch.

In the first episode 'The North Remembers," we see Joffrey (Jack Gleeson) turn into a monster. Remember those gifs of Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) slapping him over and over again? We expect there are going to be more of those in the next few days.

Poor Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) is off in the red waste and is faced with a difficult decision. But hey, we're getting more dragons! In the review, we look at the role of women in Westeros, discuss Cersei's (Lena Heady) line "power is power" and break down the War of the Five Kings for you. Also, there's even more incest! Below, watch me and Jennings Roth Cornet from Think Hero and let Zap2it know what you think.
