Garcelle Beauvais dropped from 'Franklin & Bash' Season 3, added to 'Arrested Development'

Mark-Paul-Gosselaar-Breckin-Meyer-Garcelle-Beauvais-Franklin-and-Bash-TNT.jpg Garcelle Beauvais, who has been a full-time cast member of "Franklin & Bash" since Season 1, will not be returning to the TNT legal dramedy for Season 3. Apparently, it was not her decision.

Beauvais broke the news herself on Twitter, announcing: "Just found out that I'm not being asked back on @franklinandbash #stunned :(:("

But she may have broken more news in a follow-up tweet: "Had fun on @franklinandbash wish them a great season. lots of projects in the works #flight #whitehousedown #arresteddevelopment #psych"

Her roles in the feature films "Flight" (as Denzel Washington's ex-wife) and "White House Down" (as the First Lady to Jamie Foxx's POTUS) plus a guest turn on USA's "Psych" were previously announced. But what sounds like a guest appearance on Netflix's upcoming resurrection of "Arrested Development" was not.

In any case, it's good to hear Beauvais will be working, even if it won't be on "Franklin & Bash."
