Gary Dourdan pleads no contest to domestic violence charge - 'CSI' star won't face jail time
E! Online reports Dourdan will avoid jail time and instead be sentenced to five years probation. He also must complete one year of counseling and is ordered not to have contact with Cannizzaro.
As an additional condition of his probation, Dourdan will be required to undergo substance abuse counseling.
Cannizzaro claims Dourdan punched her in the face during a fight at his home on Venice, Calif., breaking her nose. Dourdan has been arrested twice prior to the domestic violence incident -- both times for drug-related violations.
