According to Entertainment Weekly, the Atlanta housewife and "Celebrity Apprentice" reality star will play Roz Washington, McKinley's synchronized-swim team coach and Sue Sylvester enemy. So far she's filmed one episode. Considering Sam joins the team in the new year, it's safe to say she'll definitely be back for more.

We're not sure how we feel about this. While we don't love Nene quite as much as Anderson Cooper does, we're fans. But can she act? If she can, then she should be just fine. But if it's anything like we expect it to turn out, this will be a cringe-worthy, forgettable pop culture cameo that will really date "Glee" when you re-watch this episode in a few years, like that episode of "Veronica Mars" with Paris Hilton.

We've decided to keep an open mind about this casting news. What do you think?
