Dream of being on "Glee"? Or at least on reality TV?
Here's your shot: Oxygen is holding three open casting calls in Chicago, Nashville and New York in anticipation of the not-yet-formally-picked-up Season 2 of "The Glee Project," in which the winner (or co-winners, and also runners-up) will receive a guest arc on FOX's musical comedy hit. (Season 2 has not been announced officially, though we're sure it will be eventually...)
Even better: Season 1 winners Damian McGinty and Samuel Larsen will be there to cheer you on, along with runner-up Alex Newell.
Want to try out? You've got to be at least 18, though able to play a high school student. Check out the official "Glee Project" website for the details, along with the audition songs you can choose from (including John Legend's "Ordinary People," Lady Gaga's "Edge of Glory" and Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats").
Producers will visit Chicago on Nov. 6 and 7 with Larsen, Nashville on Nov. 9 and 10 with Newell, and New York on Nov. 12 and 13 with McGinty.
Are you planning on giving it a go? What are you going to sing?
