While we were excited at the prospect of a famous guest star-free third season of "Glee," we're not disappointed in the way things have shaken out. The first half of the season focused more on the core characters than it had in the past, so Ryan Murphy did live up to his word. Besides, how can you be mad when people like Helen Mirren, Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan are dropping by McKinley High?
Now, we have another name to add to that list: Matt Bomer.
Apparently, the casting department felt that there weren't enough impossibly attractive people on the show, so they're bringing in the ultra-hot "White Collar" star to play Blaine's brother in an upcoming episode. Geez, Darren Criss and Bomer? We'd like to get in on that bloodline!
TVLine reports that the April episode will introduce us to the Anderson family for the first time, and yes, Bomer will sing. (Don't worry, dude can carry quite the tune.) Bomer has also been cast in Murphy's adaptation of the play "The Normal Heart."
